The x-ray shows where the bone is now and the white line where it should have been. The result: swelling, pain, antibiotics, and again swelling, pain, and antibiotics. Many of these implants need to be removed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What went wrong?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>It is obvious that the number of implants is excessive. There is very little bone between them, and any small inflammation will cause the implants to lose support and become exposed.<\/li>\n<li>The surgical methodology was chaotic, with implants placed randomly and without any plan.<\/li>\n<li>The prosthetic restoration is problematic for systematic cleaning.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Conclusion:<\/strong> It is sad to see such cases with such obvious causes from surgical and prosthetic treatment.
